Work Around for Pinning JAR file to the taskbar (Quicklaunch)

1. I renamed our techq.jar to techq.exe.
2. Right mouse click techq.exe and selected "Pin to Taskbar"
3. Change the original file from exe back to the .jar extension.
3. In the taskbar, right click techq.exe, and select the properties sheet
4. Change the extension from .exe to .jar

This seems like an odd workaround, but it does work. Sadly enough, when you run it, it does not group the window with the pinned file. It opens a new window.
