Required Ports
For all audio issues (local AND remote), please ensure that your firewall is allowing the following ports:
. UDP 5060 - SIP signalling
. UDP 10000-20000 - SIP audio. The entire range of 10000 ports is required.
. UDP 4569 - IAX2 signalling and audio
All of the ports listed should be open to and from the IP PBX without any NAT or PAT if possible. Any firewall option such as SIP Fixup should be disabled.
